Quail Ridge Homeowners' Meeting

Many superlatives have been used to describe the architectural style of the homes and design of the Quail Ridge community. "Urbanist", "neo-traditional", "pedestrian friendly" and "front porch community" all have merit. Whichever term is used, the feel of this quite and peaceful community remains tranquil. So please, feel free to pick the one that best suits you.

The neighborhood is bordered to the South by Quebec Avenue, to the North by Quail Road, to the East by South Emery Street and, to the West by Main.

Located in the Southern most part of town, Quail Ridge has perhaps Longmont's best access to shopping, entertainment and City attractions with the Recreation Center and Museum directly across Quail Road. Transportation routes to other area cities are easily and quickly accessible.
