Many superlatives have been used to describe the architectural style of the homes and design of the Quail Ridge community. The neighborhood is bordered to the South by Quebec Avenue, to the North by Quail Road, to the East by South Emery Street and, to the West by Main.

Located in the Southern most part of town, Quail Ridge has perhaps Longmont's best access to shopping, entertainment and City attractions with the Recreation Center and Museum directly across Quail Road. Transportation routes to other area cities are easily and quickly accessible.

Annual Meeting

Quail Ridge Annual Meeting will be Wednesday, November 29th, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the Longmont Senior Center, located at 910 Longs Peak Avenue, Longmont CO 80501.

Condominium Dues are $35.00
Single Family Home dues are $70.00

Monthly Dues for both Single Family Home Owners and Condominium Owners go into a general fund that pays for the following:

  • Snow Removal from Common area sidewalks
  • Landscape maintenance in all common areas including the retention pond, landscaped areas along Main Street, and along Quail Road
  • Water for common areas
  • Liability Insurance for the property
  • Directors and officers insurance
  • Management fees
